1. Cancelling renewal
You may cancel through the subscription account controls or through our contact form. Select “Billing, cancellation or refund” and include the account email and business or subscriber name. Do not send payment-card details.
Cancellation must be received before the renewal date to prevent the next charge. We will confirm cancellation. Unless a statutory right requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the current paid period and no further renewal is taken.
2. Our standard refund rule
Subscription fees already paid are normally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused time, reduced usage, forgetting to cancel, changing your mind after an applicable cooling-off period, or stopping use before the paid period ends.
This standard rule does not override the consumer rights, service-failure remedies or other mandatory rights described below.
3. UK consumer cancellation rights
If you subscribe as a UK consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation period for an online contract. If you request immediate access during that period, any refund may lawfully be reduced to reflect service already supplied. If qualifying digital content is supplied immediately after your express consent and acknowledgement, your cancellation right may be affected as permitted by law.
Qualifying subscription renewals may also carry statutory renewal cooling-off and refund rights when the relevant UK rules apply. We will honour all mandatory rights in force at the time of your subscription or renewal.
4. Faulty or misdescribed service
Consumers have legal remedies where digital content or services are faulty, not provided with reasonable care and skill, or do not match what was promised. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, repeat performance, a price reduction or refund. Business customers may have remedies under the subscription agreement.
5. Billing errors and exceptional refunds
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged twice, charged after a confirmed cancellation or charged the wrong amount. We will investigate and correct verified billing errors. We may also issue a discretionary refund where we consider it fair; doing so once does not create an ongoing entitlement.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Timescales depend on the payment provider and applicable law. Statutory consumer refunds will be made within the legally required period.
7. Contact
Send cancellation or refund requests through our contact form. We may request reasonable information to verify the account and request.
